Transportation Perspectives, a small woman-owned business, was formed by Dr. Donna Nelson in 2005. 

Technical and Administrative Support for Committees, Working Groups, and Task Forces . Dr. Nelson has extensive experience supporting committees, working groups, and task forces  to foster national, regional, and cross-disciplinary communication, collaboration, and coordination and for the development and/or review of consensus-documents. 

User Needs and Functional Requirements. Technical Outreach to support the development of user needs and functional requirements for ITS and traffic-related systems and software. .
